Terms Of Service

1. If you are looking to commission me for any type of artwork, I am fully authorized at any time to turn down or cut off all forms of contact with you if I feel uncomfortable and/or threatened with how you are conducting yourself in the duration of our business. If payment has been made, you will be refunded 50% of the payment before being blocked. This insures that whatever progress I had originally made before any altercations will not go unpaid.

2. Payment is paid before any artwork is created. This ensures that I will not waste time working on an artwork without the potential of getting scammed.

3. I will not draw anything that I do not feel comfortable drawing. I believe this is something all artists should have as a boundary for commission work and any other art business deals. Such subjects I will not draw are the following:

   1. NSFW content, such as pornographic or sexually suggestive content.

   2. Self-harming imagery (although I’m fine with gore, anything depicting suicide or condoning self harm is a hard no).

4. I own all rights to my artwork. My artwork can be used for profile/banners, but cannot be sold again. If sold again, you will be blocked and blacklisted

5. My work is my own. Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.

6. Art takes time, and life happens. If your artwork is not done within 30 days, depending on the circumstance I will either ask for a time extension or refund payment without art.

7. If you decide to post the artwork you purchased, give me credit (and if you want, you can tag me too!)

8. Do not remove my watermark. It is my work. My time. Do attempt to steal the artwork.

9. Regardless if you read The Terms Of Service, business will be conducted as if you have. All rules still apply no matter your awareness.
